We can access your system directly via our remote maintenance service. During normal service hours, you will receive a fault diagnosis within just two hours or at the latest at 8.00 a.m. on the next working day.

We also offer an on-site service and are ready for departure within 24 hours - 365 days a year, or at the latest at 8.00 a.m. on the next working day.

Upon request, we also offer further service options, such as plant optimisation, repairs, training and maintenance, including for KUKA, Stäubli and Bosch robot systems.
