To eliminate wear-related downtime, we recommend our "on-site" maintenance and inspection services for all production systems.

Our range of services also extends to Bosch, KUKA and Stäubli robot systems.

After each maintenance or inspection visit, you will receive a report with recommendations for production improvements.

Our service is available for you 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Via our remote maintenance service we access your plant directly. During our service hours, you will receive a fault diagnosis within two hours, but no later than 08:00 the next working day.

On-site service

We provide our customers with rapid expert support 24/7 in the event of process faults. Each Baumann service team is selected individually to provide the required expertise, equipped with the necessary hardware, and is ready for departure within 24 hours, or at the latest by 8.00 a.m. on the next working day.

Our service helpline ensures you can carry on producing as normal in the meantime. Remote maintenance can also be used to locate faults and define any changes in the production process. Our team of experts is always able to respond quickly to any problems.

Needless to say, you define the scope of support according to your means and requirements. Baumann works with you to provide precise fault location methods and develops long-term solutions to problems.

We also offer fine tuning services for plant optimisation and recommend our maintenance service – also for KUKA, Stäubli and Bosch robot systems.
