New Cooperation in Mexico

Vectralis is an enterprise specialized in test engineering and automation solutions and is a leader in the electronics industry in Mexico. Therefore, on October 2018, Baumann Automation decided to hold a majority stake in Vectralis. As Mr. Edgar Chavez, CEO of Vectralis, pointed out: “Baumann Automation is an ideal partner for us. This cooperation is an important step. Baumann Automation deals with future-oriented tasks in industrial production, such as autonomous driving, e-mobility, digitization or Industry 4.0. Vectralis will enable us to expand the local service offer and support for our customers in America and Mexico.  

Additionally, we will work closely with Vectralis to jointly produce equipment for this market in the medium term.
