Baumann ranks among the top 100 fastest growing medium-sized enterprises

Baumann Automation is ranked 17 among the "100 fastest growing medium-sized enterprises in Germany"! The ranking was announced by the Handelsblatt newspaper.

Conducted by Munich Strategy management consultants since 2010, it assesses companies' power to grow, resistance and innovative strength. Baumann Automation was in the running for the first time, attaining 17th place straightaway! We are thrilled about this high ranking.

For its analysis, Munich Strategy assessed over 4,000 medium-sized enterprises throughout Germany with revenues of between ten million and around one billion euros. Munich Strategy created two rankings – for increase in revenue and EBIT margin, meaning the power to grow and profitability. The sustainable development of companies is assessed over a five-year period. The companies analyzed come from various industries, including mechanical engineering and plant construction, technology, construction, food and nutrition or the service and retail sectors.

By virtue of their basic data (equity ratio), the top 100 companies have a higher resistance to crisis. Especially now as we experience the global pandemic, this is a crucial advantage in weathering the crisis well and even expanding our market position.

German's fastest growing medium-sized enterprises are all performance leaders with above-average revenue increases and sustainable profit rates. These companies demonstrate outstanding performance in the key performance indicators. Ranked 17, Baumann Automation is among the leaders and Hidden Champions. This accolade is testimony to our sustainable and prudent development and the company's forward-looking strategic orientation.
