Company Party 2023

It was that moment again! This year's Company Party took place under the motto "Caribbean Night". With almost 1500 participants, Baumann employees and their families, the party broke all records and was expected to be an unforgettable experience for everybody involved.

To match the party atmosphere culinary delights were served. From "out of the box" salads to rice bowls, glazed beefballs and bratwursts to salmon fillet and Caribbean jerk pork.

For the little guests, there were plenty of attractions to keep them entertained throughout the evening. From face painting, through a painting table, to a children's cinema, they were able to let off steam and let their creativity flow. A candy stand offered the children delicious sweets such as popcorn, roasted almonds and gummy bears.

The more adventurous had the opportunity to demonstrate their shooting skills on the basketball court or to prove their dexterity at cup throwing. The surf simulator provided a surfing feeling and adrenaline kicks, while bungee running pushed the guests to their peak performance. The XXL bouncy castle "WELLE" made the hearts of the children and young-at-heart adults beat faster and provided lots of fun. Those who wanted to leave reality behind for a while could immerse themselves in fascinating virtual worlds with virtual reality glasses.

From 8 pm, the cocktail bar opened and our DJ FiO put on the right music for dancing and partying. But it was not only the selection of activities and delicacies that made the Company Party so special. To give it the right beach feeling, no less than 25 tonnes of sand was ordered and generously distributed. The sight of palm trees, deck chairs and white sandy beach gave the party a very special atmosphere!
