A baumann development revolutionizes the singulation of hybrids. The baumann break|box singulates laser scribed and scored DBC, LTCC, Thick Film Hybrids, HTCC type ceramic panels et al. The handling and singulation is unique. A robot moves new panels in the singulation position without any fixation or mechanical stopper. The innovative and fault-tolerant singulation method reduces the breaking forces by software driven kinematics to a minimum. A quick configuration of new payload types can be done within a few minutes.

We will also be presenting our latest MTS (Modular Test System). A a modular test system for use in laboratories or in prototype construction, as well as in series production of cell, module and battery test stands, testing of power electronics and converters, testing of control units, leak testing of housings and cooling systems.
