Long-standing employees honored

Traditionally, the jubilees were honored on the day of the Christmas party. In this context, six employees were honored for an impressive 20 years and fifteen others for a proud 15 years of loyalty to Baumann Automation. In addition,twenty-three employees were able to look back on ten years of service to the company.

Honoring employees who have been with the company for ten years is a firmly established tradition at Baumann Automation, which emphasizes the appreciation for the trusting cooperation within the family business.

Dr. Georg Baumann, founder and owner, thanked the jubilarians for their many years of loyalty and tireless commitment.

Founded in 1984 as an engineering office by Dr Georg Baumann, Baumann Automation has developed from an initial regional service provider for construction work and special machine engineering into a globally active company. With a worldwide workforce of 1000 employees, the family-owned company now relies on stability and sustainable growth as the basic pillars of its success.
